Micro Switch Controls Electric Kettle

The electric kettle was invented in Chicago in 1891. With the development of science and technology, fast, safe, convenient, and full use of energy has gradually become the main characteristics of kettles.

The main principle is to use the water vapor generated when the water boils to deform the bimetal of the steam sensing element and use the lever principle to break the micro switch.

To achieve the purpose of automatic power off, the electric kettle is automatically powered off after the water is boiled. The power failure is not self-resetting, so the kettle will not automatically reheat after the power is turned off.

The principle seems simple, but its particular use environment requires that the components used in the electric kettle have certain waterproofness. The micro switch is often adopted as the international industry waterproof rating standard (IP). According to different grades, the standard has no waterproof protection from level 0; level 7 can be immersed in water in a short time (1m); even level 8 is soaked under a certain pressure for a long time to distinguish.

Unionwell focuses on micro switch, waterproof micro switch, waterproof basic micro switch, etc., production and technological innovation, and high-reliability products. For more information, please click here:www.unionwellswitch.com.
