Solder Terminal Used In Micro Switch
There are many micro switch terminals, including solder terminals, straight PCB terminals, proper side PCB terminals, left side PCB terminals, eccetera. Let’s first explain the solder terminals and some precautions for soldering.
Soldering terminal type 1
Terminals used in the welding tank: Put the solder terminals in the tank at +235 ℃ at the specified speed, time, and depth. The terminals should not be loose, and the insulation distance should not change. Soldering iron using terminal:
- When the specified soldering iron tip temperature is +350℃, the solder with a diameter of 0.8 mm should melt on the terminal for 2 a 3 secondi.
- The terminal must not be loose.
- The insulation distance must not be changed.
Solder terminal type 2
Terminals used in the welding tank: Put the welding terminals into the groove at +260℃ at the specified speed, time, and depth. The terminals should not be loose, and the insulation distance should not be changed. Soldering iron terminal:
- When the specified soldering iron tip temperature is +350℃, the solder with a diameter of 0.8 mm should melt on the terminal for 5 secondi.
- The terminal must not be loose.
- The insulation distance must not be changed.
When working, it should be noted that never put pressure on the upper part of the terminal; Altrimenti, the device may not usually work. If the switch is used at a relatively small current or voltage, it is best to choose a low-power circuit, Au clad contacts. Allo stesso tempo, when using the switch, pay attention to waterproofing, and the temperature should be within the specified range.
Only when all the above conditions are met can this switch exert its maximum ability and ensure the regular operation of the equipment. Only in this way can the service life of the switch be extended.
- Three elements of welding:
- The heating time is 3 secondi. If it is too short, the liquid solder will not flow into the soldering hole, and the tin that is piled up into a circle or oval is unqualified; too long (the pad is easily damaged for more than 10 secondi, and the components are generally resistant to high temperature and are not easily damaged by welding).
- The evacuation angle of the soldering iron should be 0 degrees away from the pad, not 45 degrees or 90 gradi. If you evacuate the foot along the pad 45 degrees or 90 gradi, the tin pile will appear oval and spherical.
