At the same time, another curved spring has been compressed since its manufacture, lengthening when it needs to make contact with other points.
At the top of a micro switch is an actuator, which serves as a lever that presses the internal pressure points on the object, thus giving it the order to activate or stop the process being carried out at that moment. These points that are pressed according to the main order that the actuator unleashes are the different phases that the micro switch can control, which will determine its main tasks and ensure that the small element fulfills its tasks.
These phases vary in number since, as we said previously, the micro switch has different characteristics depending on the tasks they are going to fulfill, they can be simple, or they can be related to more than one or two reaction options. The movement made by the actuator is tiny, barely, and can be perceived. However, this micro switch can handle much energy, acting as a bridge or insulator. This load is not related in intensity to the tiny movement of the actuator; they are not proportional.
